A whole lot of booze

What better way to start a blog entry on Andy's 21st with many booze photos right?
So yup, this was back in Feb when Andy held his party @ a chalet which involved a whole lot of booze and people!

we have...40% Jack Daniels

70% Absinthe which i reckon is the best-tasting alcohol that i've ever tried

Royal Salute which is also 21 year old

Okay everyone is normal now!

Excited face ---> caused by grand opening of his Royal Salute.

This was like the most exciting point of the party for me, hahahaha! Cuz they were making shots of Absinthe the way it was shown on Youtube(watched it earlier before the party started).
So first step was to actually get a metal fork(substituted it with a ladle)and soak the sugar cube with the alcohol...

Then light it up with fire

Which turn into blue flames...and i guess it wasn't so successful cuz we didn't have the right tools...But anyways it still tastes better than any strong alcohol i've tasted(which is very few hahahah)! It's a little like drinking strepsils in the liquid form!

After the shots-experiment, all of us crowded onto the bed...

Sending Matilda to the bus stop~ Followed by a long walk with Cai under the stars and a longgggg night spent listening and sharing stories(or if you prefer the ever-so-cheesy,or gross line of heart to heart talk -.-''') with Ivan, Shiyan, Benedict and Desmond(till he fell asleep)

Ending this post with a shot of Absinthe and special thanks to Andy the birthday boy because its been so long since all of us came together for a stayover, it was great fun!

The Japs, Starbucks and Songs

Chinese New Year was much more boring in 2012 when compared with other years...My aunts were very last-min in informing us the places that they were visiting and resulted in us sitting at home waiting for them._. Honestly speaking i was quite angry about the stuff that happened, but its over so...yeah.
So on the second day of CNY i was fed up with the things that were happening(at that point in time) and made a not filial decision...Sorry mummy!!!! I went to Ht's house instead to spend some time with him before he booked in...

After that i headed off to look for mum at a relative's house!This is my Ji Ma!



Dinner was soooo sumptuous and yummy!!!Also met my granduncle's colleagues who were from Japan!They are super cute and polite!The number of times they said Arigatou(thanks) were....really...uncountable. And that's just one meal with them~

Oh and they say Oishi(Yummy) repeatedly too! The way they say it is so sincere and cute!

After dinner mum and I went to Starbucks for white chocolate mocha frapp(mum's fave) which is like the best drink ever! I used to only drink java chip frapp, but i really think white choc is my favourite drink now!:)

I think this was the third day of CNY...Went to sing karaoke with mum and Xin for the first time! Quite fun! :)

I went for the Titanic Exhibition yesterday! Spectacular but might be a lil boring for those who are not into the details of artifacts or history of Titanic(the cruise ship itself not the movie)! Will post photos of us outside the exhibition(haha) soon!
